About Breath Energy Healing

Using the breath gives us a way to hack into our brain and nervous system, enabling us to upgrade the software of our unconscious mind and create a new habit of awareness and focus on ease and relaxation.  Breath energy healing activates the recovery response and re-trains relaxation into everyday life.  It creates a detoxifying effect, improves circulation and supports digestion on a holistic level (mind, body, spirit), it relaxes while also energizing (yin/yang).  It’s a mini vacation for the mind and body, unwinding the nervous system, creating profound and lasting physiological, energetic and emotional benefits.  Breath energy healing transcends talk therapy, inspiring profound and lasting transformation on a holistic level.  Breath is the fundamental key to your health and prosperity, and when done optimally, it has the power to heal and transform your whole life, physical, emotional, mental, internal and external.  Mastering the breath is a major skill set if you want to become or succeed as a high-performing individual and enhance every aspect of your life.  Mastering the breath is key to mastering the self and life.

Stephanie recognizes that many are facing serious personal and collective well-being complications. Being busy, stressed-out, and soul-hungry is a common theme of modern living. Statistics reveal that stress, burnout, addiction, and health complications are at an alarming high today.  It is essential that we re-develop our inherent skills to thrive and re-connect, rest and relax. Our energy is an expression of our physical health, our emotional and mental functioning. The nature of our busy modern lives means that our natural energy sources are constantly being tugged at and pulled on. The skill-set we require now is to develop trained relaxation responses into our everyday lives so that we have a higher capacity and resiliency to demands and responsibilities of our fast-paced lives.

Stephanie has studied and trained extensively with Julia Mikk, an internationally renowned healer, teacher and spiritual guide and founder of the Breath of Love movement.  Stephanie has co-facilitated alongside Julia, guiding hundreds of people to new realizations of self-healing, personal awakenings, inner peace and clarity. Stephanie also studies with breath master Dan Brule, the world-renowned pioneer in the field of breathwork and leader of the worldwide Spiritual Breathing Movement.  Few people in the world have more hands-on experience in breathwork than Dan Brule.

Stephanie is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant and an RYT-500 yoga instructor.  Stephanie studies yoga and Ayurveda (science of life) with Katie Silcox, an internationally-recognized yoga teacher, Auurvedic practitioner and New York Times best-selling author.  Her style blends classical yoga, vinyasa-based asana and life-changing Tantric/Ayurvedic philosophy.

Stephanie brings an ocean of calm knowledge and experience thanks to the many inspiring awakenings she has had with her teachers.  Some of the most important ones being, Julia Mikk, Katie Silcox, Jeni Dahn, and Dan Brule.   Yet, the greatest gifts and realizations came thanks to her own personal journey, which wasn’t always easy.  She got a chance to move through times of deep personal struggle, anxiety and burnout, where she learned the power of self-love, a lifestyle of holistic health and ease, and the importance of living one’s dreams.  It is with great reverence and loving devotion that Stephanie shares the healing modalities that profoundly changed her life in amazing ways.

Stephanie frequently travels the world, seeing the sights by bicycle and learning new cultural healing modalities along the way.  She is also a leader of worldwide wellness adventures!
