Stephanie recognizes that many are facing serious personal and collective well-being complications from being overwhelmed and under supported. Being busy, stressed-out, and soul-hungry is a common theme of modern living. Statistics reveal that stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, addictions, emotional repression and health complications are at an alarming high today.  It is essential that we re-develop our inherent skills to thrive and re-connect, rest and relax. Our energy is an expression of our physical health, our emotional and mental functioning. The nature of our busy modern lives and societal pressures means that our natural energy sources and self-perceptions are constantly being tugged at, pulled on and challenged. The skill-set we require now is to develop trained relaxation responses and a receiving of healing support into our everyday lives so that we have a higher capacity and resiliency to the demands and responsibilities of our fast-paced lives.

Stephanie is a certified Ayurvedic counselor, yoga & fitness instructor, personal trainer, breath worker sound healer and wellness adventurer.   She has accumulated 1,000s of hours of training from a variety of schools, styles, and methodologies around the world including: Sports Medicine, vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Ayurveda, Rebirthing, Spiritual Breathing, Yogic Philosophy and Yoga for PTSD and Yoga for Recovery, just to name a few.  She has studied with the founding teachers from the California College of Ayurveda, internationally-recognized yoga leaders & Ayurvedic practitioners, former US Navy Seals and world-renowned pioneers in the field of breathwork and spiritual breathing.

Stephanie has crafted a unique style through the integration of the abundance of information gained and embodied from her continuous studies and life evolution.


Stephanie brings wealth of practical, life changing knowledge and experience thanks to the many inspiring awakenings she has had with her teachers.  Yet, the greatest gifts and realizations came thanks to her own personal journey, which isn’t always easy.  She has had opportunities to move through times of deep personal struggle, anxiety and burnout, where she learned the power of self-love, a lifestyle of holistic health and ease, the importance of living one’s dreams and caring for the body, and most of all a deep connection to a higher power (God).  It is with great reverence and loving devotion that Stephanie shares the healing modalities that profoundly changed her life in amazing ways.
