Yoga is a holistic path to support integrated growth, well-being, and freedom. Its gifts are many, from increased physical vitality and mental clarity, to greater capacity and resiliency to meet all that arises in the experience of life. As an invitation to bring more of ourselves into the present moment, yoga facilitates the process of making the unconscious conscious and liberating oneself from the causes of unnecessary suffering.

As a teacher of Yoga I aim to guide students into the heart of the practice through integration of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, teachings of both classical & modern yoga, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices. 

In public yoga classes, students can expect a variety mindful hatha, vinyasa flow, gentle slow flow, and yin that is sequenced to support vitality of both the physical and subtle body systems. Quality of presence and connection to breath and felt sense is emphasized over quantity, laying the foundation for safe and embodied movement, on and off the mat. As a teacher, I am known for focusing on breath, postures to stimulate digestion and detoxification as well as increasing strength, flexibility and health of the spine. I hold space that invites transformational presence and connection.

I am a certified: E-RYT 200, YAECP (continuing education provider), Ayurvedic Counselor, Breathwork Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist & Barre Instructor, plus more.

I offer online yoga classes, public and virtual workshops, private sessions (online & in-person), and trainings, and facilitate retreats internationally & locally. 



Private Instruction: Private instruction is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your embodied awareness and anchor in  positive structure for your practice. I offer on-going sessions to support foundations for growth as well as workshop-style sessions to help individuals polish their practice and work towards specific goals and intentions.

Mentorship: I am honored to mentor and offer guidance in holding space for others, and attending to one’s own personal growth and development, both on and off the mat. This can take the form of individual coaching sessions, or on-going meetings to delve into your specific goals and intentions.

Corporate Training & Instruction: With leadership experience in the corporate world, I offer a blend of experience in both the corporate and wellness arenas. I am available for mindfulness-based trainings, on-going yoga and meditation instruction, and executive coaching. More information about related services can be found at
