Sound therapy, also known as a sound bath, promotes mental & physical well-being through a variety of instruments specifically designed to calm the mind & ease the body, creating a state of relaxation & space for mindful reflection. In this state, the human body’s natural rejuvenating & healing processes are enhanced.

Singing bowls of crystal quartz resonate in the body with a pure, healing sound. The vibrations oscillate with an energetically high frequency that resonates within the body. During the sound bath the brain will move from a normal alert waking state down into a restorative healing state.  Heart rate & blood pressure will lower, & breathing will become deeper & fuller.  The vibrations emitted from the instruments provide a cellular massage, stimulating large energy centers in the body with the various frequencies/tones known to promote health & well-being.

Meditation When we pause the mind, our inner world finds a state of peace.  Here it is about breathing, bringing your attention to the breath, that air that enters and runs through your body, carrying life and oxygenating every cell of you. And when it comes out it generates the release, releasing tensions, thoughts and emotions that during the day often arise limiting your state of natural well-being.

Inhale and exhale... And do it again.

To this end, meditating is one of the most ancient forms and most meaningful practices.  You can do it your wa
y, at your own pace, following your feelings.  We will give the body space, breathing into every corner, making meditation a journey, until we find conscious balance.
